The six stats
The table above summarizes each stat, how you train it, and what it affects. In short:
- Strength — punch damage and Strength Powers. Train by punching.
- Durability — damage resistance and certain Powers. Train by push-ups or standing in a Durability spot.
- Chakra — the scaling stat for most Fruits, Specials and Chakra Powers. Train by meditating.
- Sword — sword and Sword Skill damage. Train by swinging; swords carry their own multipliers.
- Agility — jump height, and counts toward flight.
- Speed — movement and flight speed.
Total Power and multipliers
Total Power (TP) is the sum of all stats except Agility and Speed. It determines your Class and which Dimensions you can enter, so it is the headline measure of your progress — though note it does not affect boss damage, which uses base damage instead.
Each stat has a multiplier shown next to it in the Stats menu. Pressing Upgrade doubles that multiplier for Yen, increasing the stat gained per training tick. Upgrading multipliers is the core of training faster, and it stacks with training-spot multipliers, Champion boosts and gamepasses.
Which stat to prioritize
For most players, Chakra is the best focus. It scales the majority of strong Fruits, Specials and Powers, and it counts toward unlocking flight, so the investment serves double duty. A focused build clears bosses and trains faster than an even spread across all six stats.
That said, a Sword build is a viable alternative damage path, and you will naturally train Agility and Speed somewhat for flight and mobility. The key principle, reinforced in the progression roadmap, is to commit to one main damage stat and pour your multiplier upgrades into it rather than spreading thin.
