Your first minutes in the game

When you spawn, you start inside the Dimension 1 building. You will see a wall map of training-spot locations and two key NPCs: Boom, who hands out quests, and Wukong, who upgrades your Class. At the bottom of the screen are icons for Strength, Durability, Chakra and Sword — your training actions.

To do basic training, press the matching number key and left-click (Chakra does not require a click). To train far faster, do that action inside a training spot, which multiplies your gains. Durability is special: you only need to stand inside its spot.

The six stats explained

  • Strength — punch damage and Strength Powers. Train by punching.
  • Durability — damage resistance and certain Powers. Train with push-ups or by standing in a Durability spot.
  • Chakra — the scaling stat for most Fruits, Specials and Chakra Powers. Train by meditating.
  • Sword — sword slash and Sword Skill damage. Train by swinging; swords carry their own multipliers, so there are no Sword training spots.
  • Agility — jump height, and counts toward unlocking flight.
  • Speed — movement and flight speed.

Total Power (TP) is the sum of all stats except Agility and Speed. It sets your Class and which Dimensions you can enter. For a deeper breakdown, see the stats page.

Understanding the menu

The left-side menu has eight icons. The green person opens your character: Auras, Stats, Powers, Champions, Quests, Swords and Specials. The other icons are Groups, the Store (Robux and Chikara purchases), Settings, the Fighting Pass, Recent Boss Results, Friends and the code box (Twitter bird). In the Stats menu, each stat shows a total and a multiplier; the green Upgrade button doubles that multiplier for Yen.

The two currencies

Yen is earned passively every minute (scaling with your Class), plus from quests and bosses. Spend it on doubling stat multipliers and on Class upgrades. Chikara Shards come from golden crates around the map, a passive 5 per minute, bosses and tournament wins. Spend them on Specials, Champion rolls and the Premium Fighting Pass. Our farming guide explains how to maximize both.

Your first-hour plan

  1. Redeem codes from our active codes list for a free Chikara head start.
  2. Pick a damage stat — Strength or Chakra — and train it inside the best training spot you can reach.
  3. Upgrade that stat’s multiplier with Yen whenever you can afford it.
  4. Rank up your Class at Wukong the moment you meet the requirements; it raises your passive Yen and snowballs everything.
  5. Complete Boom’s quests for Powers, Yen and Chikara.
  6. Roll a Champion for a stat multiplier once you have spare Chikara.

From here, follow the progression roadmap for the mid-game, learn how to fly to speed up travel, and check the Fruits tier list to pick your first strong loadout. When you are ready to fight, the boss guide explains how drops actually work.
