Why an update log matters
Updates change the things that decide your gameplay: new codes appear (and old ones expire), tier lists shift as Fruits, Specials and Champions are rebalanced, and new bosses, zones, quests and Powers arrive. This page tracks the major changes so you know what is current and what to revisit.
Recent milestones
- June 13, 2026 — Re-release. The original BlockZone Anime Fighting Simulator returned to Roblox, reuniting universes like Naruto, One Piece, Dragon Ball and Demon Slayer. The launch came with the
RELEASEcode (600 Chikara Shards plus a Speed Training Boost), available on the codes page. If you are returning after the original’s long absence, start with the beginner guide to re-learn the systems.
We will add new entries here as BlockZone ships content. For the freshest announcements straight from the developers, follow the channels listed on our Trello and official resources page.
How we respond to updates
After every major patch we:
- Re-check codes. New codes go on the active list; expired ones move to the archive.
- Revise tier lists. Rebalances can move Fruits, Specials and Champions up or down — see the tier list hub.
- Update guides and data. New bosses, Powers and mechanics are folded into the guides and database.
Staying current
Bookmark this wiki and check back after each update, especially for codes, since the best ones often arrive alongside new content and expire within days. If you are ever unsure whether an update applies to the game you are playing, the AFS vs AFSE page clears up which title is which, since the two are updated separately.
