Update 5 and Rumbling — what changed and how to prepare

Why an update log matters

Updates change the things that decide your gameplay: new codes appear (and old ones expire), tier lists shift as Fruits, Specials and Champions are rebalanced, and new bosses, zones, quests and Powers arrive. This page tracks the major changes so you know what is current and what to revisit.

Recent milestones

  • July 25 – 29, 2026 — Rumbling + Admin Abuse (live). BlockZone launched the Rumbling event inspired by Attack on Titan — Wall Titans, Titan Serums, event quests and another Admin Abuse window through August 1. Active code: RUMBLING (10 Trait Rerolls + boosts + Temp Server Boost). FIVEUPDATE, WTOPSPEED and SHUTDOWNBOOST remain active from Update 5. Read the Rumbling guide and events schedule.

  • July 18–25, 2026 — Update 5 + Admin Abuse. BlockZone shipped Update 5 with QoL improvements and the FIVEUPDATE code (2,000 Chikara + boosts). UPDATEWED arrived mid-week then rotated out. Update 4 codes SWORDINCIDENT and UPD4RELEASE expired when Update 5 landed.

  • July 11–18, 2026 — Update 4 + Admin Abuse. Limbo Keys, the Sword Incident event and codes UPD4RELEASE / SWORDINCIDENT. See the Limbo Keys guide.

  • July 4–11, 2026 — 100K likes and Update 3 fixes. 100THOUSANDLIKES, MIDBUGFIX and BPEXP (all now expired).

  • Late June 2026 — Update 2 (Dungeons). Instanced Dungeons costing Dungeon Keys per run. Read the Dungeons guide.

  • Late June 2026 — Update 1 (Jujutsu Kaisen). Trait Rerolls, Fruit Rolls, Malevolent Key and expanded secret bosses. See the Trait Rerolls guide.

  • June 13, 2026 — Re-release. The BlockZone original returned to Roblox. Launch code RELEASE has expired — use current active codes and the beginner guide.

Coming next

Dimension 2 is scheduled for August 1, 2026 — the same evening Rumbling closes. BlockZone typically drops a new release code, rotates event codes to expired and expands the map with higher training multipliers and the Broly boss in Dimension 2. We will update this log and the codes page the same day.

How we respond to updates

After every major patch we:

  1. Re-check codes. New codes go on the active list; expired ones move to the archive.
  2. Revise tier lists. Rebalances can move Fruits, Specials and Champions up or down — see the tier list hub.
  3. Update guides and data. New bosses, Powers, Dungeons, Limbo, Rumbling, Traits, Fighting Pass tiers and mechanics are folded into the guides and database.

Staying current

Bookmark this wiki and check back after each update, especially for codes, since the best ones often arrive alongside new content and expire within days.
